You can change your profile picture in Windows 11 using the Settings app by following these steps:

·         Click on the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

·         Click on the gear icon to open the Settings app.

·         In the Settings app, click on "Accounts" in the left-hand menu.

·         Click on "Your info" in the main pane.

·         Click on the "Browse" button under "Create your picture" to select a new picture from your computer.

·         Once you have selected a new picture, it will be displayed in the "Your info" section.

·         You can use the zoom and crop tools to adjust the picture's size and position.

·         Click on "Save" to apply the new profile picture.

If you have a Microsoft account linked to your Windows 11 user account, your profile picture may be synced with your Microsoft account picture. In this case, you may need to change your Microsoft account picture to update your Windows 11 profile picture. To do this, go to account.microsoft.com/profile/ and sign in with your Microsoft account. From there, you can upload a new profile picture and it will be synced with your Windows 11 account.
