Problem:
.NET Freamework has not been installed because:HRESULT 0xc8000222.
This is a problem related to windows update.

How to Fix it?
1. type 'cmd' in windows search and run it as administrator
2. net stop WuAuServ (to stop Windows update service).
3. Go to Run and type in "%windir%" (
4. find the folder " SoftwareDistribution " and rename it( eg: SoftwareDistributionold)
5. net start WuAuServ (to start Windows update Service).

Restart your computer and try to install .Net Framework again.
